My name is Pulak Mondal.
In 2011, I left home at the age of 15 with a determination to build a better future. Before discovering photo retouching, I worked in stone masonry, a fan company, a biscuit factory, and a rice mill.
In 2015, everything changed when I entered a photo studio and discovered professional retouching.
What started as basic photo editing became a passion that has grown into more than a decade of experience serving photographers and brands worldwide.
Today, Retouch Glow focuses on delivering high-end beauty, fashion, product retouching, and color grading with precision, consistency, and fast turnaround times.

From humble beginnings to building a brand
Pulak Mondal
At 15, I left home in 2011 with nothing but determination and a will to build a better future. I worked in stonemasonry, a fan company, a biscuit factory, and a rice mill — each job teaching me resilience and the value of hard work.
In 2015, I discovered photo retouching and found my true calling. Since then I’ve never looked back.
- Joined Studio Manorama. Spent 2 years mastering the craft of photo retouching from the ground up.
